School Registration

In order to take advantage of the free program booklets and certificates, your school or youth organization must be registered with the United States Marines Youth Foundation.

Please click on the link below and fill out the registration form.  We will send you all the information you need to get your program started.  If your school is currently using our program, still take the time to fill out the registration form.  This will enable us to keep accurate records of the schools and youth organizations involved with our program.

We will soon be allowing school registration on-line.  However, until on-line registration is available please click on the link below and print a copy of the form; fill it out; and either mail or fax it back to us.  Thank you for your cooperation.
